Hey Juergen,, Go back to the old country, your brethren need you to fix them up after Merkel has her way with them. They won't be able to afford anymore bucket wheels.

Not a documentary,, but perhaps pirated vids from one I've seen this footage in a REAL documentary with narration of facts, history, etc. This is just pics and confusion with the title. Crawl off and die.

It's a political problem in Germany. Generally, it's good to close the nuclear plants. this technology excuses no human faults. But you must have something to replace them. Renewable energy increases, but it's not enough to replace nuclear and the brown coal plants without changing the living style and saving energy. the biggest problem is the "throwing away society " producing all the things, that are not needed to replace working things. industry is the greatest energy consumer... not the private people..

ok, I mean only the technical aspect. making electricity from brown coal is not the best idea aspected to CO2 outputs. In comparison to stone coal, brown coal is more ineffective. it includes more humidity and makes more dirt. open pit mines are a problem in USA? interesting that there someone is interested in environmental aspects in comparison with the American way of live.
Ok, here in Germany, it's a problem with villages above the coal. it's a little country with many people living here. but USA? where are the people? you have areas, where you can go kilometers and meet nothing human, no house, no way or street. only nature. here in Germany, it's sadly impossible to walk only one kilometer without meeting human marks. nearly all forest is cultural used. -
Obsoleted by bucket wheel machines
-
why use the Americans so antiquated digging concepts? It is so slow and ineffective. the most Time it moves around without digging, turning and so on with only a little amount of excavation material. Go learning in Germany and watch the bucket wheel excavators, they do a lot more work per day with less power consumption. It digs continuously without any break.
