DTU is one of the few universities in the world to offer a complete two-year MSc programme in wind energy. In recent years, wind energy has become an important source of electricity production. In Denmark, wind energy already constitutes more than 30 per cent of the total energy production, and is expected to increase over the next years. You can choose to specialize in electrical or mechanical engineering within one of the five study lines: Mechanics and Aerodynamics, Mechanics of Materials and Structures, Testing and Measurements, Electrical Wind Turbine Systems, or Electrical Wind Turbine Technology .
