I was wondering if it would be possible for you to make a video displaying some stretches that can increase flexibility during the discus throw, such as an exercise that will help get your shoulders back further or to get the left foot turned more at the beginning of the turn into the circle.

In the glide (Righthanded), I am having a hard time getting any drive out of my left leg. It is straight after the push, but it kind of just goes along for the ride and most of my push comes from my right leg. My coach has been telling me to kick hard with the left, but I just can't get the hang of getting the unseating, the right leg drive and the left leg kick timed together. Any advice would be great, Thanks.
