Machines | Wet Sandblasting - Water Sandblasting - PressureJet
videos | at work | information | view | construction
PressureJet has achieved tremendous success on a new feature of wet sandblasting equipments. Power washers with a wet sandblaster kit are the best choice for industrial users who require powerful pressure washer water sandblasting capabilities. These power washers come standard with a special venturi head, sand pickup tube, and sand point. All of these components work together to provide the user with the ability to actually remove layers of material from surfaces. There are a wide variety of surface preparation methods available, such as solvent cleaning, power-tool cleaning, dry sand blasting etc. But, all these conventional methods are rarely used because they are time consuming, not cost effective & provide poor cleaning results & also create environmental pollution. Nowadays, wet sand blasting by high pressure waterjet pump has got wide acceptance in the field of surface preparation as well as in paint removal & rust removal. In wet sandblasting, an abrasive material is mixed with the water jet to create an abrasive spray. This abrasive spray is blasted on the surface, which breaks away small pieces of undesirable coating corrosion or other undesirable substances to create the desired metal finish, perfect for recoating. Wet sand blasting is widely used in engineering, heavy engineering, fabrication, construction and many other industries for different applications.

hi.what.kind.of.sand.use
-
all you have to do is put a lid on the bucket and drill a hole the size of the tube that goes down in the bucket and seal it off with some clear silicone and you dont have to worry about water getting in the bucket

Imagine offering a car wash to one's ex with that!

See that open bucket with the super expensive kiln dried sharp sand in it. One gust of wind in the wrong direction and it will be damp from the overspray from the water jet, clog up in the feed and stop working.... that's why I'm here... searching for tips on how to use the stuff effectively... it's really important to keep anything connected with the sand "really" dry in order to get that dry sand to the nozzle where it can mix with the pressurised water... else that venturi effect won't work.

It's very effective method to clean and almost ready to repaint or cut material plates here says that is a little ineffective on time but if that reduce the sillicosis is very effective

can sands be reused? how to recycle them or it's just dirt (sand) cheap?

Great, marketers have discovered how to profit from inserting music ads in to videos, and sprinkling a few shill comments for reinforcement, Now we are doomed to the fate of having to listen to crappy music ubiquitously with every video, ugg

A. Smiley Co. Inc has been refinishing metal back to their factory finishes for over 40 years and in many cases a tool like this would have saved us alot of time and frustration, especially on job sites where air born dust would be a hazard to ongoing operations. Contaminating other business or individuals properties with blast media can lead to lawsuits and in our case, millions of dollars lost to our clients.Getting steel dry is a hell of alot easier than removing 30 years of rust on site.
