i forget the john deeres have them horizontal engines...and a drive shaft for the fan pulley, and apparently a water pump mounted to the radiator...i knew i had good reasons for liking red tractors better than green ones...haha

You didnt bother to paint the pump prior to installing?
On my 60 I put neverseize on the inside ends of the hose. Stopped the rusting of the hose to the ends. -

Very excellent video and tutorial! I wish you were here in New England to take care of my 1939 John Deere model B Tractors hydraulic lift. I does not work, and when you put oil into the hydraulic system it empties right into the transmission. I do not have a clue about what is happening here. PLEASE ADVISE
