no its not a conveyor belt, its a hydraulic live floor. The floor of the trailer has long aluminum slats that alternate left to right then from back to front and slowly slide the load towards the back. if you do a search for live floor trailers on youtube you can see them work. Its really hard to explain, you just have to watch it for yourself, pretty amazing units

The bottom of the trailer floor on the inside is basically a giant conveyor belt I think.
