A Volvo A35D dump truck dumping uprooted vegetation during a massive earth moving project along the CA299 Buckhorn Grade in Northern California, about 20 miles west of Redding. I was 2nd in line on my way back from my route in the North Coast. Sorry there wasn't better light, this was taken at about 3:30AM. At the beginning of the video, the first truck that passes by is one of my co workers! Construction company working on this project is Mercer-Fraser Company from Eureka, CA
