It looks and smells like a farm. But Longstreet Farm is lacking a lot of the big machinery that modern farms have. Located in Holmdel Park in Holmdel, Longstreet Farm is a 19th century living history farm. Workers are dressed in period garb, and use the same farming tools used in the 1890s to harrow the fields. Visitors can milk a cow, enjoy a sheep-shearing demonstration or just marvel at the various farm animals. (Video by Russ DeSantis/The Star-Ledger)
