It may be fuel efficient but with all of the electronics that went into, it would be easy to knockout in the event of an EMP.

-
junk looks a night mare to fix in the field ,can't improvise in the field not like the vehicles of M-35,and other M series vehicles. That really worked. This thing is probably will be as bad as the FMTV in service now.
-
Being as I was a mechanic in a mech inf unit I gotta say ..... this is a toy, nothing more. A very expensive toy.
-
This truck is stupid it's too complicated and I don't think it would hold up on the battlefield what happens when the carbon fiber hood gets shot the engine will be disabled military vehicles shouldn't be luxurious not because I don't feel our soldiers should have luxuries but because simpler is stronger on the battlefield
-
What I want to know is how long have they known they needed something like this ( probably for 5 to 7 years) and how much more does it cost now then it would have then when we actually needed is and probably the best question are we going to give these to our allies to abandon on the battlefield and leave for our enemies to use against us I'm not against things our soldiers need but I am against the govt wasting our money ( as a taxpayer I think I'm entitled to a say) they blew billions of our dollars on the disaster called the F-35 so I feel they should look for off the shelf soulitions that are less expensive when practical
