Thank you for posting. I have a bent bucket cylinder rod and looking at options. I'm lacking some of your metal working skills but you've inspired me. Thank you.

impressive-- thank you for taking time to show this. Lots of thought, patience, creativity and persistent effort. I learned from this.

I don't know anything about it. you don't have any extra keys for it do ya.

Dear sir,
I have been watching the video which shows '3PH tractor' is capable of lifting and loading logs. It is really great work. Our NGO Residential school for the deaf children have wood splitting machine which helps the school to get money that is spent on children's food and other school materials. But the workers west a lot of energy and time to move the pile of logs to the splitting machine. Please help us to get your machine simply,i.e.either by credit or donation so that we can advocate and advertise your product.
Regards

Nice work sir.

Turn the Paint can upside down and spray until mist becomes clear, that will clear the remaining paint from the nozzle stopping it from clogging up.

If you are reasonably skilled with a stick welder you should be able to do the welding for this MOD. For me the MIG welder is much easier to use and I get much better results with the MIG.
-
I see you're using a pretty fancy welder to make the mods. Any reason they couldn't be done with a good arc welder? I know it may not be as aesthetically pleasing but that's what I have and wondered if there were any reasons it wouldn't work for this project.

nicce work. but in your painting you should always primmer your work first .

Awesome work. Thumbs up!

thanks and you to and that was almost 100,000 of loss and they went missing from the shop that they whear stored in and the building was locked

Good Luck. Make sure that you purchase replacement tractors in the same tax year that you get the insurance settlement. If you buy a new tractor that costs more than the insurance settlement you will not have to pay income tax on the insurance proceeds.
-
we had our 3720 and 2720 john deere go missing. These were my landscaping tractors so i have no way of making money. Im totaly lost now. but they had full coverage insureence so hopefully they will come through
-
Seems excessive that they consider money intended to replace the tractor as income!

I have not recovered my tractor yet and I don't expect to. My tractor was under insured by about 20% since I had not adjusted the insured value for about 7 years (used tractors tend to go up in value over the years. The insurance company gave me the full insured value. The worst part was that I had to pay income taxes on the insurance settlement since the tractor was fully depreciated.

Nice Job. I have thoroughly enjoyed your videos. Your not alone in losing your tractor to thieves. I just hope your ins. co. treated you better than mine. I was given 10k for my 6 month old JD 2520 with fel and mmm. I'm not sure which criminals are worse, the thieves or the insurance industry. Here in Canada the police say equipment and tractors like these are targeted by gangs with ties to organized crime. Compact farm equipment often ends up in a sea container and shipped overseas.

no upgrading kubota

f#@&ing bastards, makes me sick and it isnt even my tractor, hope you find them

Thanks, I think that the 10" of addition lift height probably makes the tractor more unstable and maybe puts too much stress on the loader. I was willing to take the risks to get the benefits. John Deere was probably trying to maximize longevity of the loader and minimize risks. I was really surprised that I got that much extra lift out of only 1" additional cylinder travel.

@45von Thanks...The tractor has not been recovered. The insurance agent says that much of what is stolen around here is take to unscrupulous scrap yards and crushed.
