I think it was about $600 for the winch, battery, cables, pulleys, etc. I used a Harbor freight 5000 lbs. winch.

Any detailed photos of the rigging to set this up? I sold my Bri-Mar dump trailer last year, worst decision ever. Now I am going to setup my landscape trailer like this. Any info you can share would be great, thanks.

How does tis work? Is there a hydraulic piston behind the board, or winches pulling the board?
