Inner Circle profiles one of Barbados' youngest and most savvy CEOs, Troy Williams. At an age when most boys are still grappling with the challenges of the first year of high school Troy was managing work crews and sourcing customers for his fledgling construction tools and equipment rental business. That business grew significantly over the years and afforded Troy the comfortable platform from which to launch into much riskier ventures such as land development.
