Hello, my name is Moritika Uegaki, President of Uegaki Kinzoku Seisakusyo. Our company was established in 1971, initially as an on-site machining and tooling business with three employees. 32 years ago we shifted to manufacturing. We stocked materials and delivered small construction machinery parts to manufacturers' assembly lines. We can work with any type of Steel, but we currently do not use Aluminum or castings. Our main material is Iron that can be heat-strengthened, such as SAS316L. We work with about 30 large Domestic Japanese Clients, with Sales approximately $15 million and 30 employees. Our standard products range from a few dollars to a few hundred dollars. Any industrial machinery is possible. Minimum lots can range from the tens to the hundreds, and turnaround time is 45-60 days. Acceptable product specs: 25π～450π circumference Length 100mm~1500mm Forged or continuous casting Steel 1x1x1m Up to 800kg JIS Standard materials can be procured in Japan. We can discuss and advise peripheral equipment based on the materials, processes and order. (If you can supply an assembly diagram, we can suggest ideas.) Our experience and knowhow allows us to provide such advice with your order at no charge. We also have patented trade permits. We excel at Construction Equipment, Machining Center Parts, Reducers, Gearboxes, Pumps, Parking (underground or aboveground) Machinery Research, Engine Parts, Agricultural Machinery and Parts for Industrial Vehicles (such as Cranes and Forklifts). We handle Heat Treating, Machining, Plating and Aluminum Spraying Heat Treatment Statistics (Ringleaders tests), Mill Sheets, Dimensional Inspection Reports and Mechanical Properties Tests are available at an extra charge. We are proud to supply top Japanese quality. Our products are delivered with no need for further sorting or inspection. We also plan to work with Titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy and other metals in the future, working together with our clients to best fit their needs.
