I noticed that you didn't have a lot of sockets if you want to get a good set for a good price go on Amazon and look up mastercraft 400 piece socket set or mastercraft 450 piece set I was able to get one for 200 dollars
-
How bout a upto date toolbox tour must have many more tools by now
-
for the price, us general boxes seem really well made and sturdy. I was impressed. I ended up getting a Matco one because of the student discount though.
-
In my experience the "great" mechanics don't care about brands of tools. It's only the wannabe mechanics that really care about branding.
-
See how those harbor freight tools work in a year or two do a review if you break them return them and buy truck tools that you break much cheaper that way and you may find out that he tool can do the job
-
I really like your set up. Thank you for the video
-
hey you sensitive fuck. I hope that's not your set up at sugar
-
Now don't get me wrong it was a good video but you seem way to sensitive about the brand of tools you have. Do they get the job done? Then who gives a fuck.

I'm halfway through my second and final year of diesel school. That looks like a good set to start out with. The tools don't make the mechanic, so don't let anyone tell you otherwise. I do have one question though, how do those adjustable wrenches hold up? I have had cheap ones before that don't do much other than round off bolts. Anyway, good luck and have fun.

Nothing wrong with that U.S General box. I have one and there awesome for the money.

great looking tool box. Don't worry about other people talking crap about what tools you have. Good luck and most of all have fun going to school. I just graduated from my Auto program. Just like they said if you enjoy what you do you will never work a day in your life. I love the discount that the tool company give us students. Don't forget about Matco they have killer deals for students as well

honestly buying a snap on box is a bad idea in my opinion. If you really think about it, all any tool box will ever do is HOLD YOUR TOOLS, that's it! I am trading in my snap-on box right now for a harbor freight 72'' three bay tool box. I bought my snap-on box for 4,800 dollars and if I would have known at the time, I would have gone straight to harbor freight to get a box from them. The only thing a tool box is good for is lots of space. Think about it, spend $4,800 like me, or get twice as much space for $1000, seems obvious. Not to bash snap on, the got some good stuff and most my tools are snap-on, but as far as storage goes, go as cheap as possible and as big as possible.
-
your coming along,keep it up!
-
Is that expensive?
-
US General makes a pretty good toolbox, better than snapon for the reason that there reasonably priced although snapon makes the best tools, US general is fine because its kind of hard to fuck up a sheet metal box that holds tools haha
-
The Ryobi was worth my money atleast, what are your expirience?
-
you got to start off some where. good collection of tools. i started off with all craftsman and harbor freight tools when i started wrenching for a living. start filtering them out as you buy pro tools. good vid though man
-
I buy the cheap tools for pro use sometimes.I have a 1/4 air ratchet from Harbor Freight that is 3 years old and still works.Paid $50.00 for it,the earthquake model.
