"Truth in 24" chronicles the Audi Sport racing teams as they attempt to win a record fifth consecutive 24 Hours of Le Mans. The films gives viewers an unprecedented behind-the-scenes view of the strategies engineers and drivers use as they set out to make history against local favorite, Team Peugeot. "Truth in 24" rides alongside drivers Tom Kristensen, Allan McNish and Dindo Capello as they prepare for the 2008 24 Hours of Le Mans contest. Unlike any sports production, the film brings out all the drama and emotion of the 76-year old race and the people trying to win it.

have you heard about italian or sub-ita version about that?

I was grossing 80,000 traveling toward Miles City - E. on I-90. It was raining hard and I recalled a thing about Hydroplaning above 60 M.P.H. It worked there. Amazing difference with these cars.

Forever Audi <3 ):

Why would anyone dislike this???? :(
-
I'm surprised Statham did the voice over work for this, has he done anything like this before?
-
Jason Statham has had many JOBS like narrating this film.
-
Can't imagine their feelings at the end, when i had my eyes in tears at the end of movie. Kristensen all time Le Mans MVP, if i can say like that.

Vertellen met Allen. That guy looks like the type you can have a beer with or even a fist fight and then a beer afterwards :) When I saw Villeneuve he is a disgrace for F1 the 1 person that showed you don't have to be talented like Senna to win a F1 championship. He simply sucks. Ow b4 you all try to bitch me off of course he's way quicker then I am. But that counts for everyone commenting on this video.

This was produced by NFL Films and I had the pleasure of doing the finishing. To this date, it's still one of the most fascinating projects I've worked on. I especially love the sequence where our producers put a camera on a car for a practice lap and Allan McNish narrates from the driver's perspective. It's too bad it's out of sync.

WONDERFUL PRODUCTION -
Since the 60's - it's always been my Fav'd event.
Even my Art teacher in highschool knew I was a freak
of the Sport - carving large lithographs in vinyl to offset print the car
that Newman & McQueen drove. -
Voice of jason statham anyone??
-
what happened this year??

The funny thing is, that I've heard the same statement as Herr Baretzky made in totally different area, steam locomotives.
There are those two locos, the Merchant Navy Pacific and West Country/Battle of Britain Light Pacific, designed by Olliver Bulleid, that are uncommonly quiet for steam locos, only having a whisper instead of the usually more pronounced bark.
And that is attributed to the same reason as the Audi Engine......very good internal layout, so that most of the energy is used for traction.
In other words it's so quiet, because it's so effective.
Further proof of the concept from a totally unrelated area. ;) -
Tom K the best driver in the world to bad he never got a chance in formula 1
-
Audio is a bit out of sync in the last 30 minutes of the video
-
at the beginning mcnish mentions the three greatest races in the "world of motorsport" but he forgot the isle of man tt. i'm an american and honestly i'd leave out indy 500 in place of iomtt. it just doesn't even compare. maybe if you're talking about car racing then the indy comes back into the picture but motorsport in general!? come on dude. it's le mans, monaco and isle of man. no question.

Why does the narrator speak so low and, well dark? It almost gets silly.
