A grain truck driving with its dumper raised, has hit and destroyed a pedestrian foot bridge in Istanbul. The video released by police shows the truck smashing into the bridge and a person falling onto the road below. The man was injured and two others managed to escape without harm.

As the bridge begins to collapse, there are 3 people running back to the RIGHT, The falling bridge is at their heels. It looks like they may have made it off the bridge before the crumbling part "catches up", but hard to say for sure.

How could the driver not realize the dump was up? Did they not feel the added resistance while driving? That had to be a terrifying experience for the pedestrians on the crossing bridge.
