11. we called this the rock of gibraltar drill..when one develops the tenacity to endure what ever the top man throws @ u it definitely enhances your confidence that u can't b broken down making your bottom moves more effective..hand creating separation is out the back door..we typically train to drop the shoulder also..like the leg defense but for me the best defense is to make your bottom moves explosive & not stop moving until one is out..the other is to catch the leg coming in..elevate the hips n hook the head..like the bloopers @ the end
12. there's something VERY WRONG WITH THIS! dont watch this, its not fake its just bad, when on referee bottom when you just sit there and squeeze and resiste they just get a corkscrew
