Prisons Documentaries The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is an agency of the U.S. Department of Defense responsible for the development of emerging technologies for use by the military. DARPA was created in 1958 as the Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA) by President Dwight D. Eisenhower. Its purpose was to formulate and execute research and development projects to expand the frontiers of technology and science, with the aim to reach beyond immediate military requirements. The administration was responding to the Soviet launching of Sputnik 1 in 1957, and DARPA's mission was to ensure U.S. military technology would be more sophisticated than that of the nation's potential enemies. The name of the organization changed several times from its founding name ARPA: DARPA (March 1972), ARPA (February 1993), and DARPA (March 1996). DARPA is independent from other military research and development and reports directly to senior Department of Defense management. DARPA has ca. 240 personnel (13 in management, close to 140 technical) directly managing a $3 billion budget. Any 'Secret' project you're seeing on youtube is 100% old technology, stuff they've already developed years ago or massively improved that the 'new idea' you're seeing on here is to them, obsolete and outdated. No way are they ever going to give enemies and the public a honest heads up on what they have, that makes absolutely no tactical sense whatsoever.
The Mach 3+ SR-71, designed in the 50's, was denied for years until finally revealed and the same policy is still in operation. Former Lockheed Skunk Works employees including former director Ben Rich hinted that (years ago) they already had anti-gravity craft in full operation, that "We now have the technology to take ET home". And we're being told about 'hypersonic craft'?!.. They're throwing us scraps of information here, what a joke!.. -

l love the look of that air aircraft carrier, yup love it, it never lands, what they need to do now is make a city that never lands same kinda of principle with just lots more of those rotor wings to manage to weight and maintain the lift and sideways thrusting, real eagle shit, swoop down on any nation or country. military ready with everything and food, infrastructure, and people and all that jazz... yeah with some powerful and rich folks and their lineages, plus scientists and whole bunch of overly trained and super techy military folk living in the city within the clouds, yup!!!
