Machines | The Porsche 911 Customized by Singer - /CHRIS HARRIS ON CARS
videos | at work | information | view | construction
To some people, mainly Porsche people, this is the most desirable car you could own. Singer comprises a bunch of zany, brilliant Porsche-files who have invested their lives in re-imagining the classic Porsche 911. We tour the factory, speak to the team and drive it on road and track.

This is full of quotes "Try to make it look a little old-school without affecting functionality" - that's my personal aim!

Line of the week "It's pretty easy to ruin a great car". Very true but this is an example of how to love and support one - wonderful.

A Porsche with a Ford engine, I'm out.

I think the thing that sets this thing apart is that with most reimagined classics you wouldn't want the company that reworked the car to put any of their badging on it. With this you want a Singer badge. I also love that they went to Cosworth when building the engine. It gives the car a dash of hooligan ;)

this is pure pornography...how youtube even allow this video to be uploaded?
