Rachel Dudok was in the third year of an engineering degree at university when she realised she wanted a more hands-on career. She completed an Australian Apprenticeship in avionics with Qantas and is now a fully qualified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. Rachel was the winner of the 2012 Queensland Apprentice of the Year Award and was a finalist the same year at the Australian Training Awards.
