Adam has had many years of experience at senior management levels in both the private sector and government. His industrial experience covers manufacturing in the aerospace, aluminium boat and farm machinery industries plus retail. During that time he bid and successfully negotiated profitable contracts with US and British aerospace companies, and marketed marine equipment in Malaysia, Singapore and Burma and farm machinery in the Middle East. His qualifications include B. Ag. Econ (UNE), MBA (UNSW) and a Diploma in International Marketing. Adam has judged Business Excellence Awards for many years. For the last twenty five years he has run his own business consultancy practice, assisting small businesses become more profitable and improve their cash flow. The Profit Leak Detective assists small and medium enterprises who built a business based on their technical skills and expertise but find themselves struggling with cashflow, profitability and time. They feel their business is controlling them and want to regain control, & be able to work 4.5 days a week with improved profitability.
