2016 seeding was completed without significant rain during the 2 week program but 35mm did fall soon after and has enabled a good emergence. This video shows our machinery and equipment used to plant Wheat, Barley, Lentils and Peas. The two farms featured are in the Boors Plain region near Moonta, South Australia. This area is a 350mm (14") rainfall zone on the Northern Yorke Peninsula. Seeding typically starts in early May.
