Aerial video showing machinery and equipment used to plant Wheat, Barley, Lentils and Peas. The two farms featured are in the Boors Plain region near Moonta, South Australia. This area is a 350mm (14") rainfall zone on the Northern Yorke Peninsula. Seeding typically starts in early May and is usually complete by late May.

You could probably do 3 or 4 rows with that thing and you would have seeded the average farm here in the Netherlands.

Why so many operation to sow a crop. On the western US Great Plains so many operations would cause wind and water erosion. Not to address the labor shortage we have in the US.
