I will probably film something when I Delete it, But that's all I have for now in the planning stages. Not at all a HOW TO VIDEO. Thanks for all the mindless people who dislike this video., they are too stupid to figure anything out. Their brakes should fail! looking to get rid of my abs module and possibly install a proportioning valve on its own... as i believe mine is bad buts its part of the ABS controller... BUT mine is different than the 88-94 they actually changed it in 95 not through 98
-
you said you disconnect this mmmkay, then disconnect this, then you hook this up right here, done, well what about the other one you unscrewed where did it go? you left us hanging there kinda.

I switched out out the stock booster for hydrobost unit. No more spongy brakes. The truck will lock all four tires no problem. I am running 33 in 10 ply tires.best brakes in years

-
thanks you for info

Awesome video. I redid my brakes with new rear cylinders and couldn't get fluid through the ABS module when I tried to bleed. That seems dangerous that you can't get pressure when that thing goes kerflooey. Didn't even know what that stupid thing was. Am going to go bypass it now. THX!
-
how do you check the porptional valve. or bleed the back brakes for that matter
-
how to change caliber on a 92 2500
-
did you ever try this
-
I have a 92 and I've been told you can just unplug the two plugs from that plastic box. It doesn't really delete it, but I've been told it renders the abs inactive. Any ideas?
-
You obviously don't live in the rust belt!
-
I fucking hate the brake system on those chevy trucks! I've disconnected every one on all 3 chevy trucks I've owned like that.
-
Why can't you just reroute the brake lines to the master cylinder? You would have to get new steel line made but it may be worth it.
-
Research bad booster symthoms and sounds like that's the problem thanks a lot I'll look into it
-
When I push on my 98 silverado brakes pedal repeatedly sounds like air coming out near the pedal feels spongy
-
Did you delete it ? Did it work ?
-
At 1:55 you said, "you have no lights". Did you mean the error light is out or did you mean that you have no brake lights?
-
I had the same problem with my s10 blazer, similar setup, I just unplugged the module fixed it right up no light on dash, besides abs is just another device for people to be lazy and not vigilant while driving
