Why are they so concern about able to reach Moscow in short amount of time in massive numbers using $240 billion which is about size of Singapore economy. They are not spending $240 billion for Russian for sure and not that generous looking at what's going on with South China sea and using Pakistan and N Korea to play games in India and S Korea. That is good price for them for take over Russia without firing a single bullet. It will be a greatest military victory in human history. Russia is future Tibet and China has every reasons to do it. You can't even use nuclear weapons after they are staying in your country. They tend to buy properties oversea and locals are moving out because of them. Hundreds of millions of Chinese want to move out of China because they polluted their air and water and Russia is good choice for them for cheap housing with clean air and water. What is biggest complaints for Chinese right now? Clean air and water. They will take over Russia like Crimea using their people as excuse in Russia and tell the world that Russia did same thing in Crimea. Right now they need Russian help with their air force and navy but after they catch up with Russia, there is no more use of Russia other than taking over large natural resources in Russia for their people. They copied J11 fighter from SU27 without concern for Russia and that's how much chiinks give a shiit about Russia. Next scarce resource for war will be clean water which China lacks (only 3% of their water is clean) and Russia has plenty of in Siberia. Does the US want to take over Russia?     I dont salute Putin for fighting ISIS - cos that is something every person on earth has figured out one must do. Its a no -brainer and easy access to popularity. Perhaps that was the reason for the slow progress of the US as well. To let Putin handle it - so the west will forget his rotten behaviour in Crimea. However - i doubt the west will do that..
    
    By the end of the day - the russian people always have had some moral ground, for some, certainly not in afghanistan - also alot they have in common with rest of europe, in terms of "familyvalue" - thats why the cold war remained cold.
