A semi truck lost its brakes going down a hill and crashed into over twenty vehicles on the Coquihalla Highway. One person in critical condition was airlifted to hospital. Eight other people were transported by ground to area hospitals. wonder why his brakes failed? He hit hard. I don't buy brakes failing because for him to plow throw 20 cars he must have been going full speed. If he lost his brakes from overheating then he would have been going slower. They might not have been up to inspection. Might have been a Mexican truck due to that area and they are not taken care of.

Wow what a ride. I bet he felt like GTA in that truck smashing all those cars. Miracle no one perished. The dart looks like he got the first smack. I like the Trax on the flatbed missing it's wheels and smashed up but no deployed airbags

At the bottem of the hill there construction and they had temp closed the highway. But there was no signage at the top of the hill warning truckers. Well the driver tried to stop his brakes had failed and that is why he never stopped.
Yes the trucker is at fault for not checking his brakes at the top of the hill, ITS THE LAW! There should also be fault for the construction company who didn't think of putting up any signage warning people!!
