A nickname for a Royal Marine, dates back to the days of pirates. Pirates / thieves used to sneak aboard ships and cut the throats of the guard / watch. To prevent this, as they used to wear long boots back then, the men used to cut off the tops of their boots and wear the off cut about their necks preventing a sliced open throat. Hope this goes a little way to helping you out. No doubt some American will say it was their idea, they normally try to nick them.

Its basically both the same, its build on a leopard chassis, and because of that there are no spare parts to be sourced from normal armoured units as they have the Challenger. Not sure what its pulling out but this may of been a training exercise similar to what I used to have to do in Germany.

In Sovjet Russia you never get stuck, but stuck gets on you

The BARV is a British military support vehicle, the name coming from "Beach Armoured Recovery Vehicle" built on the M4A2 Sherman, M3A5 Grant, Centurion, and Leopard 1A5 tanks.

Nice professional job. Slow and easy. I see so many video on here of people jerking and spinning and just being idiots. Its redressing to see this.

@RDJPlumbing Gosh I would hope so... But given his payload, if he didnt have the momentum, CTIS and all three drivelines wouldnt have done much anyway.
