Massey 1250 ploughing barley stubble at West Mains Farm Collin near Dumfries. Filmed at Friends of Ferguson working day event on Sunday (21st September 2014) A MF 1250 sold at auction 3 years ago for £21,500. Not bad for a 20 year old + tractor! If any one knows where and when these tractors were built and what HP it has please comment below.Could not find any info about it on Goggle. Our family ran a number of MF Tractors 1105, 1135, 1155, 1200 and a 1505 through the 70's and early 80's. The 1200 was absolute junk. Underpowered and poorly engineered. At the time I was in my early teens, and can still remember my fathers frustration with that particular tractor. I can remember spending many hours operating it as a kid. Not a single good memory of it, yet have fond memories of the others mentioned above.

The MF 1250 was made in Manchester, same as 1200 tractors. It was about 112 hp and was manufactured between 1978 - 1982.

I believe they are 112 hp made in and around 1979 maybe banner lane or the Manchester massey plant but couldn't be positive about either,
