The title says it all - just as well because I know some of you don't read the description! The ascent of the hill uses spoil from the cutting to make up the approach embankment (like railway building) and here they are dumping and spreading some of this. Filmed in Carmarthenshire, Wales, UK.

I wonder how many navvies, and how long it would have taken to do this with all manual labour back in the old days? And how much it cost now compared to then?
