8. Question: Why must the flips weigh the term "brand new" so heavily? Brand new may be an indicator of the ships being good condition, but that alone doesn't mean that the ships are technically advanced or high performance

10. The reason why we lost Scarborough Shoal, is we don't have enough presence in the area. Instead procuring frigates, why don't we procure ph made OPV's, we are the 3rd largest shipbuilding country in the world, im sure our shipbuilders could deal creating local made OPV's.

17. If the budget is already with in the DND coffer and it's good to go what are they waiting for or who's holding them to sign the contract and make it happen. This is very frustrating, if the Philippine govt is really serious about acquiring the 2 frigates they should invest a good money for it to get a decent ship to defend our EEZ's that can also be utilise for use during disaster relief operations and calamities. The bidding process is quite slow it's been a few years now and still no result, why not try the govt to govt procurement system in my humble opinion this is much better and it saves time. The longer this frigate project will take the less chance that will push through and will vanish in the thin air in no time. Im not an expert I'm just saying. 🇵🇭
