My trip to perth to kalgoorlie was 8 hours

i know this was a while ago but far out what speed were you going in real time? you're getting overtaken by trucks with 100kmh speed limiters in them...
Great video nonetheless -
What were the songs you used in this video mate? They're great

Great video. I did this trip last week and have driven 100s of other times in my life as I was born in Kal and lived there until I was 12. My Dad still lives there and I drive to visit him every year. This road is like an old friend to me. I love the change in landscape from Perth forest, to wheat belt then to goldfields woodlands and find the drive very relaxing. Thanks again :)

Nice one. I'm venturing this trip on Friday for the first time

Had to have been going about 1500 Km's per hour. Where were the cops! My new book is about kalgoorlie "Awake in fright by the elephant in the room" read it. out on amazon.

Really nice video, thanks for that!! Can you tell me the name of the last song? Shazam didn't find it.

Nice work. What are the songs used?

Very nice! Hopefully I will get to do this trip one day. Just need to fly halfway around the globe, and rent a car...

Cool video. Thanks for posting it. I've been to Perth a couple of times when I was in the U.S. Navy but I never left the city. Thanks to you I'm able to see quite a bit more of Western Australia. Keep up the good work.

No I meant I wish I could have got there in 14 minutes. Need new shocks and the trip was a little rough. I use the same camera - how did you keep it going in the car for 7 hours? Some sort of car charger or were you swapping batteries over as you went?
-
Nice. Wish I could have done it that way.

This is actually really awesome. Especially because I've made this road trip countless times, and it is not easy.
