For their engineering design project, the students were tasked to work in groups of four or five to design a vehicle powered by a basic Victor mousetrap. Assigned jobs/titles within their groups, they employed the 'Engineering Design Process (EDP) in order to optimise the vehicle performance of the vehicle. The project is designed to reinforce scientific concepts and help students gain a better understanding and mastery of the skills & knowledge.
