Gate was open about 2 feet instead of being latched to the side. Raising the bed did very bad things... Heat, beat and back on the street, RNR style. Uncle Lowell woulda loved it...

I'm sure you're long past this issue by now but you need to weld a eye or hook for your come-a-long at the lower left corner so you aren't pulling the other side in too. Would give you much more of a "anchor".

WOW! When you broke that you did a good job! Looks an sounds like you need to clean that tourch tip. I enjoy seeing your origonal takes or your gag reel if you prefer. I am surprised things are in as close to correct position after heating and beating as they are. Do you know any 18 to 25 year old rookie fire fighters that need a work out? You could ask them to do the beating work for you. With your guidence that is. Be safe & take care.
