If I had the money, I would buy a fleet of new modern HET. But would have to be though enough for the harsh road and unpredictable weather and fully protected from rust and salt and water penetration. And NBC ready. If your going to build it, over build it to last. That is a very had thing to do for Newfoundland because most vehicles wiring is corroded in lest then a year. I like to see what Oshkoch can really make a truck that will stand up the Newfoundland roads hauling a standard 53foot can.
