Dallas Streets Department driving heavy equipment through Norbuck Park near White Rock Lake. Piece of heavy equipment gets stuck in mud. Second piece of heavy equipment used to tow stuck piece out. Both pieces of equipment then proceed through fragile prairie areas taking out numerous prairie plants. 4/14/16. Unknown why the Streets Department was operating in the woods inside a city park with a known prairie tract.
