and then the other one said that it was closed "for cotton" I was like
FCKING SIMON!!!! this is only for a few weeks! The whole country works in the fields that period. Like their ancestors did. It's an emportant part of their economy and culture.
That's an annoying thing in Uzbekistan, but not realy terrible. Preaty typical. If you can pay to the village boy, he'll do the work and you can fool around with classmates. But, yeah, for people who a lazy as fucks hard work is a real slavery) But corruption and child labour aren't cool.
