Machines | Newcastle to York - Modern
videos | at work | information | view | construction
Newcastle to York - Modern includes a completely reworked track layout, overhead power masts and cables, revised speed limits, updated signalling, and the appropriate modernisation of the scenery along the entire route. Each of the stations have remodelled track layouts to incorporate up to date platform allocations, and are brought to life with the inclusion of station furniture and general clutter such as wheelie bins and luggage trolleys, bringing an immersive atmosphere to the route both from the drivers eye view and from the line side. All new scenario opportunities are also introduced thanks to the modernisation of the route, including the postal depot at Low Fell, extension of the line to Darlington North Road, fully rationalised freight yard trackwork, and bi-directional operation of the line allowing for broken down trains or engineering work to be passed on the adjacent running lines.

Sorry for the delay in replying. The Voyager isn't required, but you can use it on the route. We do not supply a Voyager with the route itself. Take a look at our website for the Voyager Advanced.

It does if you had TS2012 that was updated to TS2013. If you only have TS2013 then you need the EU and US asset packs that are available from Steam as this route uses some default content that used to be available in Train Simulator but was not included when TS2013 was released as the developers changed the built-in routes and trains.

do this add-on work for train simulator 2013 too?
