You can get a Brush Gun from Ranger Andy's Bungalow in Novac.

Thanks for the guide to find the light machine gun. Gonna be a pain in the @$$ to get one but ok. Also, isn't the Medicine Stick the superior version of the Brush Gun?

Does anyone else play New Vegas, and kill the Gun Runners just for their items? I do. And they respawn. It's a good way to get caps, if you can wait.

Anti Material rifle isn't that good! The Gobi campaign is better because better fire rate (better dps) and much more common ammo

Anti-Materiel Rifle is simply Barret .50 cal. and Light Machine Gun is simply M240 SAW

The 12.7 mm (number may be wrong) SMG, Brush Gun, and Thermic Lance can be found on Legionarie (spelling may be wrong) Assassin's once you have been "Vilified" with the Legion. And they MAY happen at any level, but the earliest i see them is level 10. I have seen this happen on 5 separate playthroughs. ( i like fallout) i have also found trail carbines on the assassins.
I also (and this is definitely a glitch) i found the Alien blaster on an Assassin, and when i went to the alien site and killed the Caption, i found a 12.7 mm SMG. IDK how that glitch happned, but it may be due to the many times o glitch some of the quests. -
another place to find the Light machine Gun is on a super mutant north of Nipton and south-east of Primm in the irradiated hills near the tracks. Be warned, he is wielding the weapon and puts up a decent fight, alongside centaurs.

you can also get the anti material rifle at the BOS bunker but theres no guarantee it is there and mine was in not so good condition
