Based on the description on the ODST set, that's an official "Corporal Dutch". We already got "The Rookie" with the Wombat, so hopefully we'll eventually get the whole team, maybe even "Dare"?
Would also be nice to see them release a first for the Covenant, the Engineer. Starting with our favorite, "Vergil"!! -

I think you said NYPD instead of NMPD, and are you sure the big set is just 25 dollars? seems like a typo since sets like the attack gausshog were also 25 dollars.
