Do these rolers come with a manual showing correct use?

Safe method. Only concern is a short bolt. While turning a corner bolt unwinds. If won't do this because of its design then a longer bolt is easier to install, which makes it safer.

Watch the riggers hand at 1:04 minutes. I'd have stopped what I was doing and cracked the fork truck driver over the head with a pipe wrench
