Machines | Moving day with heavy equipment (Mehile V-50 Vertical letterpress) and other related heavy items.

Moving the Meihle V-50 vertical letterpress to its new home in TN where the movers got the truck stuck in the mud and then stole the wives car and didn't finish their job. Since we didn't have any manpower to muscle the thing off the truck we did the next best thing and called the local wrecker to check it out. 65 bux and a half hour later all the machinery was safely on the ground and in it's new home.

Sorry there is no editing on this video, my program crashed. This video was in about 500 segments and I couldn't see what was what so I did what I could. The video numbers apparently were not in numerical order, or something. Skip around and you will see parts of stuff that wasn't even supposed to be in here. At least I didn't lose some videos that I thought were gone.

This was not the only equipment that was moved, this was the last big machine on the truck. That machine also costs anywhere from 3-5K plus delivery so to leave it behind wouldn't have made much sense. The cost for the move was truck rental cost plus gas. We knew that machine was going to be a challenge without a hi-lo and we still did the job. Getting them down was the fastest and easiest I experienced. 35 minutes and 60 bux, can you do that? lol.
