It is not old cars, they did just get out of fashion and the owner decided to upgrade with a new set of wheels and the latest technology. Japan once made things that last for a long long time like the original Honda CB four and twin. Also old electronics and cameras outclassed even he German quality

This is/was the Mafia's favorite way of getting rid of bodies. They would shoot 'Guido' twice in the back of the head, put his body into the trunk of an old car and haul it down to the junk yard where they would put the squeeze on him. After a trip to the steel mill, the metal was heated to 2,400° and there was nothing left of Guido. So don't cross the Mob. Or Else!
