No doubt, an excellent product... yet, after 3 years, no comment from their leaders in Maintenance, Sales or Customer Service. Then we see the "Vision & Mission" statement with its leaders. No parallel. What's with these companies, these days? They invest in research, manufacture machines like these... only to be abandoned by the "managers"? Wow...
