2016 has certainly been a fantastic year for spotters at Melbourne Airport. Along with the regular A380, A330, 747, 777 & 787 movements that occur on a daily basis we were lucky enough to feature quite a number of special visitors. Most notably movements include the visit of the US Vice president Joe Biden in a pair of USAF C-32A's and the visit on an Antonov An124. Looking forward to 2017 there is even more exciting times ahead for spotters at Melbourne and YMML SpottingTeam. With the Qantas 787-9 and LAN 787-9 due to arrive on our shores in October, Cathay bringing their A350 and 77W down under and a number of other movements that are yet to be announced! With rumours of Amazon sending a Fedex MD-11F down our way we are certainly looking forward to whats ahead of us in 2017!
