It is all about work, work, work, efficiency and numbers. If this is America....I am glad I do not live there. No wonder this country is so wasted. All seems to live for work.
In my town all the cars are disassembled. Glass goes to glass......etc. I live in Transylvania -
Why do car scrapyards only crush them on site? If they shredded them you'd surely get more metal in each load you ship out. Do shredders cost a lot more and are always a lot bigger?

0:35 "Enough to circle the globe, twice." Hm, about once by my calculation.
Average length of a car is 177.2 inches. There are 63,360 inches per mile. The earth is 24,901 miles in circumference. So it would take about 8.9 million average car lengths to circle the earth. -
OOhh... efficency bla bla bla, innovative blahblahblah, Who cares if you got fancy tools when you dig out the filthiest crap fuel there is. I rather have 100 nuclear powerplants, uranium mines and 100 permanent deposits for nuclear waste than 10 coal mines and plants.. sheehs

the narrator uses the word 'indestructible' far too much for a demolition show!
-
But why do you use a clickbait as a thumb pic, isn't ther enough of cool machines in this video without using a fake thumb pic. For that a thumb down.
-
They never use a tungsten carbide blade on a steel shears, they use Hardox or very ductile or extremely hard steel blade. In a pure concrete job you might find it, but not in steel demolition

Now wait there is a problem here at 14:09, that is not a 500 smith and wesson that is a ruger blackhawk in 44 mag.
-
amazing that during the one time filming of each machine, there is a potential disastrous problem that needs to be solved. Almost, like this was all scripted. Almost.

Has anybody seen Odd Job?
-
it doesn't shred the car engine only the car body and frame

-
Water balloons do not "Fail Uniformly", they rupture at the weakest point. High speed photography in slow motion shows this happening.
