Does any body know what model the the tractor referred to as "Ol Jonah" is? That's been puzzling me for years.

I know it's just a commercial, but if you could crank it over that easy, it means it has no compression, another thing you never started a good tractor with complete turns, only half ones starting at the bottom and lifting with one stroke, complete turns is how guys got their arms broken on a backfire, Still love those old girls though, had a few myself.

Thanks for posting I enjoyed your video. Cheers.

I enjoyed the video and it tells so much about the tractors of the era of the 30's. They had some nice tractors back then and they are as powerful as some made today.

I hadn't a clue so many models were offered by McCormick-Deering.

I reckon he went to Buy the F-12 as it did plough the field.

Very Nice video! Just wondering where did you come across this video at?

Glad to find this video. I just brought home an old F-12 with a lister attached to the back today. It's a complete tractor that I just bought for yard art... but now I think I might be intersted in restoring it.

Love the video. I have a W-12 and you don't see many of them here on YouTube. It was great to see some orignal footage of them. Thanks for posting.
