The School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering is one of the largest schools of this discipline in the UK, and as such we are home to a full range of activities within the spectrum of electrical and electronic engineering. In the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering we have specialised research groups in control, nanotechnology, communications, sensors, power systems & power conversion and these groups collaborate in order to find efficient energy delivery solutions for all areas of applications of electrical technology. We are actively working in the areas of power generation & distribution, communications, medical systems, security, hybrid vehicles and electronic systems for agricultural processes.
