Back in 2009, Lingenfelter Performance Engineering (LPE) become one of the many independent shops at the time to capitalize on the approaching death of the Pontiac brand by releasing a concept model inspired by the 1970s Pontiac Firebird Trans-Am and based on the then brand new Chevrolet Camaro. Fast forward to today and the 2012 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, Lingenfelter unwrapped the production version of its T/A Concept that will be known from now own as the LTA.
