Liebherr 621C Crawler Loader - How Operator Controls Work. In this video, listen to a Loader Operator explain how the controls work and what they do in a 1997 Liebherr 621C Front End Loader. This machine has over 5,000 hours on it and has been used in many types of projects to include; loading soil and aggregate into trucks, grading, land clearing, and even demolition work. This crawler loader is a beast and tough as nails. I would like to thank the loader operator for taking the time to talk about how the controls work and for demonstrating this on camera. I hope you liked this video of the Liebherr 621C, and if so, don't forget to SUBSCRIBE to my channel to be notified of each new video I post. I will continue to search for heavy machinery to capture on video for posting here on YouTube in the future. Stay Tuned, and again, thanks for watching. Cameras Used: 2 GoPro HERO HD Video Cameras filmed in 1080P.
1. But my question is should that be affecting bucket operation with the bucket working at normal speeds? And I believe it has always been there when the loader was working well, except that maybe the spool is now stock. What could have been opening and closing it when the machine was working ok given it has no ripper or 4 in one bucket if it is the cause?
2. The machine worked fine until the bucket float solenoid valve was preventing bucket movement. Then we unplugged it from the control valve. We were told to leave it unplugged by Liebherr support. Could that have something to do with the overheating we were getting from the hydraulics?
3.Is there some kind of travel solenoid which could have locked up or burnt as a result of the battery misconnection?
4. It appears as if the brake is on when you engage travel movement.
The pull lever in the cabin to disengage the brake is releasing in the cabin. Is there a Solenoid connected to that preventing movement and if so, why is that affecting normal bucket operation since travel and working hydraulic are separate? Thank you so much for your help.
The only bright spot with my headaches with this machine is that the engine is in excellent condition and always starts right up. It had been replaced before with less than 500 hours on it.
