A sock full of paint and sand on the windscreen will disable it, pronto : )

Yay, I feel safe now ;)

I'm guessing that since it was made in America and shipped to Australia, that the steering wheel is on the left side still? I don't think they switch it around to accommodate Australia's driving regulations. Either way, it's like a postal vehicle here in the U.S. the steering wheel is on the right. It's not too hard to get used to.

She'll be on TV!

... with bullets.

They'll rescue the shit out of you.

In America many people would be afraid to get their phone out when that thing drives by. We get threatened, harassed and arrested for filming in public, especially if we film the police.

The Tactical Response Group is the West Australian equivalent of a SWAT team. Unlike America, they are only called in when other options aren't viable. They do things like rescue hostages in siege situations. It is the only one of its kind in the West Australian police fleet. Like its American cousins it has first aid facilities aboard, and all that armour allows them to get closer than any standard cop car could

The other Perth is in Scotland, so you can be forgiven for that slip. However, other than the name, and having a few expat Scotsmen living here, the two cities don't have much in common
